Today’s recipe for quick rice with minced meat — this augmented variation of the recipe quick rice. published previously. And this is not a side dish, and a full, hearty main dish.

Ingredients for quick cooking of rice with minced meat:

Rice — 1 Cup 300 ml

Water — 3 cups

Bow — 250-300 g

Carrot — 150 g

Minced meat (beef with pork or pure beef) — 300 grams (but can be more)

Vegetable oil for roasting vegetables

Bouillon cube — 1-2 PC or favorite seasoning — to taste

Tomato paste, sauce or ketchup — to taste

Salt — to taste.

Cooking quick rice with minced meat:
